Nurse Selection

Each Client is assigned an individual Client I.D. and Password that allows them access to our open listing of credentialed Nurses.

By utilizing the Password entry, Clients may create an "Open Order File" that allows them to classify, group and select Nurses from the CMS Website listing of available Nurses. To view a Demo of the Nurse Selection Process click here.

Each order is individually identified by a particular reference name assigned by the Client, in the order I.D. space provided on the Nurse Selection Form. This number will be used as a future reference to identify a specific order or "batch" of Nurses. Client may have several "open" pending orders simultaneously; each identified by the Client assigned I.D. Number.

This "Open Order File" serves as a "virtual shopping cart" at our Website, and is a very convenient resource tool in organizing and sorting out prospective Nurses prior to final selection. The "Open Order File" may be accessed, modified and changed at any time prior to "click" Submit for Processing is initiated.

Once the Order has been submitted for processing, all changes to the particular Order have to be discussed by personal contact with the CMS Miami, Florida location.

When the Client has selected and "clicked" Submit for a particular Nurse(s), CMS will contact the selected Nurse(s) and present the Client Hospital's Employment Contract or Job Offer. CMS will remove the Nurse(s) from the Open listing database, and notify the Client Hospital within 48 hours, in writing, of the Nurse's acceptance of their terms, or not, so that Client may review and select other Nurse candidates.

CMS will submit an invoice to Client Hospital, for the selected Nurses , in accordance with the contract terms mutually agreed upon. Payment of the invoice will trigger the Immigration and the credentialing process, which the Client Hospital will be able to monitor on-line (Please note: Nurse may already be in some advanced stage of this process prior to Client selection).

Within 7 days of confirmation of the Nurse to the Client, CMS will make available the Nurse Status Report on-line and will maintain regular updates on each step of the process.
