Institutions and Individuals may simply click "Contact Me" below, and with the information provided, CMS will contact you and develop a proposal in response to your specific needs.
It is not necesary to register as a client to receive information.

Client Registration Process

CMS first gathers information as to the particular needs of each Client and what level of support services will be required. This is acomplished by the Client facilitating CMS the information requested on the Client Registration Form.

The CMS services are available as "turnkey", which covers from recruitment to placement . We can "unbundle" standard components of our program to accommodate to an existing Client program.

Prior to CMS assigning an individual password to a client, it is necessary to establish two basic agreements:


1. A contract between CMS and the Client specifying Scope of Services, Operational Detail, and Rates. 
   CMS has standard agreements in place that are submitted to the Client for review.
2. The Nurse Employment Agreement or Job Offer that will be presented to the Nurses on Client's behalf. CMS can facilitate its own template Nurse Employment Agreement, which complies with Immigration and United States Department of Labor requirements.
Client may also at its option provide its own agreement

Through this registration process the Client will submit information to us about their Institution, including principals, demographics, services, community, average pay scale, benefits and a brief description of their needs.

All information is held in the strictest of confidence, and will not be used by CMS for any other purpose. Safeguards are in place to insure confidentiality.
