Getting
Started
If you have not previously "logged in" with us,
please provide us with up to 8 alpha numeric characters each for the Username
and Password space below that will serve as your individual security codes for
entry into the CMS Website.
Once
you press "SAVE" the system will automatically issue you a CMS reference ID
Number.
By "logging in" with your Username and
Password you may perform the following functions:
- Apply Online
- Change your Application in Progress ( "Prior to Click Submit for Processing" )
- View your Individual Nurse Status Report ( "Know as You Go" )
- View Special Bulletin Section
