TURNKEY RECRUITMENT FOR U.S. HOSPITALS
INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the CMS Nurse Selection Management System. We hope that you have an opportunity to browse through our Website to learn more about CMS, and how we can help you solve your particular staffing needs through our Turnkey Recruitment Services.
The complexities and logistics of coordinating the credentialing and immigration process of a pool of Nurses, or even a single Nurse can be overwhelming. CMS recognizes through its experience, that in order to effectively recruit and maintain the interest of the Nurse candidate throughout the process, it is important to have an infrastructure of support in the country of origin and to be able to centrally control and track the entire credentialing and immigration process.
Not knowing the extent of your experience in working with Nurses from the Philippines, CMS can assure you with bold confidence, that their professional standards, competency and bedside manners are second to none. They are very loyal to their employers, and most set roots at their initial job placement that extends beyond 10 years.
Certain conditions exist today, which makes it very feasible to expedite the time it takes to relocate Nurses from the Philippines to the United States. CMS has invested a great amount of time and resources to develop an effective operational program that is managed “hands on” in the Philippines and in the United States, by principals of CMS.
CMS has established its own wholly owned representative office in Manila, with a staff of experienced nursing professionals and nursing instructors, managed by a principal of CMS who has relocated permanently to the Philippines. This gives CMS a distinct advantage over any other recruitment firm. CMS provides total accessibility and support to the Nurses, with its resources of staff, educational components and legal expertise. CMS is truly a turnkey recruitment provider.
Contrary to other recruitment programs which charge large sums of money to the Nurses themselves, CMS has as its goal to eliminate any out of pocket expenses paid by the Nurses, thereby making it more attractive and feasible to a higher percentage of qualified applicants. Most other recruiters and agents do charge fees to the Nurses themselves, even when prohibited by the hospital clients. CMS has witnessed that this eventually mires and taints the goodwill and reputation of the unsuspecting hospital client. To this end, CMS provides complete financial assistance to the Nurses recruited for this program. Nurses, who do not fulfill the contractual agreements, will be subject to penalties as outlined in their Employment Agreement.
TURNKEY RECRUITMENT
CMS offers a comprehensive package of turnkey recruitment services that may be customized to meet the individual needs of our clients. We have earned our experience in credentialing Nurses from over 15 years in the business of processing Nurse applicants and maintaining JCAHO standards, as required by our numerous client facilities, and has consistently “raised the bar” on credentialing expectations…a challenge CMS has always been able to meet.
CMS requires that all our nursing candidates be tested according to their skills, during the initial application process. All Nurses must pass the NLN Medication Administration Exam. We also require that the Nurses claiming experience in specialty clinical areas take the corresponding examinations such as Critical Care, Telemetry, Neonatal Intensive Care exams to validate their skills and work experience. The Nurses are further considered for employment once the appropriate entrance exams are passed. An in person interview is scheduled to assess verbal English communication skills and verification of clinical experience proffered.
Within the framework of our program, our clients have the ability to register on-line, and visualize the credentialing profile on each of our Nurses, which includes extensive background information on their professional education, and clinical experience.
By utilizing their assigned password, our clients will be able to select the Nurses they need and submit their selection by a “click” of a button. This will set the Nurses apart for the particular client, and CMS will proceed to contact the selected Nurses and confirm their acceptance of the client request. Once a confirmation is made with the Nurse, the client is notified by CMS of the Nurse’s acceptance of the job offer.
CMS proceeds to prepare a schedule for each selected Nurse, preparing the pathway for completion of each requirement of the Immigrant Visa Program and of the State Board of Nursing licensure requirements.
The hospital will be able to view the estimated date of arrival (ETA) as approximated by CMS, and a convenient Time Bar visualization of the Nurse Status Report On Line. This tracking feature affords the hospital the ability to visualize the progress of their selected Nurses through the entire Immigration process.
Recruitment has never been more convenient… or more simplified!
